We provide synthetic base oils and additives for stationary engines, gas turbines and wind turbines used in power generation. Our range includes synthetic esters and friction modifiers for fuel efficiency through reduced boundary friction.
Over recent years, lubricant manufacturers have needed to develop products that meet the increasing challenges of more compact stationary engine power-units: higher engine temperatures, and increasingly stringent emissions legislation. Our products are SAPS free organic molecules highly suited to the formulation of products designed to protect exhaust after-treatment devices; such as DPF required for Stage V emissions regulation.
For gas turbines our thermally stable PriolubeTM ester range provides a solid foundation to modern gas turbine lubricants. These diesters and polyol esters also provide excellent wear and corrosion protection as well as the low volatility required.
For wind turbine gear oils the demands on the lubricant are also increasing over time with increasing contact pressures and an expectation that oil lifetime should increase. A key product in this application is Priolube 3970 which is formulated into PAO based formulations to improve additive solubility, whilst maintaining oxidative and hydrolytic stability.
