NSF HX-1 Certification

Croda Lubricant Additives are pleased to announce that it has received HX-1 registration from NSF International / Nonfood Compounds Registration Program for PRIOLUBE™ 3970. This registration allows Priolube 3970 to be used in lubricants in and around good processing areas with incidental food contact.

Priolube 3970 is a biodegradable ester made from renewable resources possessing very high oxidative and hydrolytic stability that offers enhanced lubrication performance. Globally approved, Priolube 3970 functions as a lubricant base fluid or lubricity additive and is especially well suited for high temperature conditions. With a wide range of applications, from air compressors and engine oils to gear oils and greases, this product is well suited for a variety of end uses.
